There are further studies included
The relocation test showed...moderate diagnostic accuracy when positive (LR+=5.48) and low diagnostic accuracy when negative (LR−=0.55) in predicting a positive and negative arthroscopic examination, respectively (very low quality of evidence).

A discussion on Shoulder Special Tests

Taken from: Pecos-Martín, D., Patiño-Núñez, S., Quintero-Pérez, J., Cruz-Riesco, G., Quevedo-Socas, C., Gallego-Izquierdo, T., Beltran-Alacreu, H., & Fernández-Carnero, J. (2022). Mechanical Hyperalgesia but Not Forward Shoulder Posture Is Associated with Shoulder Pain in Volleyball Players: A Cross-Sectional Study. Journal of clinical medicine, 11(6), 1472. https://doi.org/10.3390/jcm11061472

Choice quote from this study: "Shoulder antepulsion, altered scapular kinematics and imbalance of muscle activity are commonly associated with shoulder pain... No association was found between the forward shoulder angle and the pectoralis minor index in volleyball players with and without shoulder pain."

Though the study sample is composed of volleyball players, interesting conclusion nonetheless.
